Samir Youssef has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Samir started their career at USAID/RIG/I/Cairo as an Acquisition Specialist and later became an Investigator. Samir then worked at Chemonics Int'l. Inc. as a Deputy Chief of Party. After that, they joined the Industerial Modernization Center as the Deputy Director of Quality Assurance and Contracts Control. In 2010, they joined ACDI/VOCA where they served as the Senior Director of Program Awards & Compliance. Samir later became the Senior Director of Program Assessment & Risk Management. Youssef then joined URC-CHS as a Senior Contracts Officer and subsequently held multiple roles including Associate Director, Director, and Acting Vice President of Contracts and Grants Administration. Samir also worked at Blumont, Inc. as the Director of Contracts and Grants, and later at IRD/Blumont, Inc. as the Director of Procurement. Throughout their career, Youssef has gained extensive experience in contracts and grants administration.
Samir Youssef earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Economics from Ein Shams University in Cairo, Egypt, from 1975 to 1978.
