Seng Sophy

Seng Sophy is an experienced finance and administration professional with over 20 years of expertise in the field. Currently serving as the Administration and Finance Manager at International Relief and Development (IRD) since September 2008, Seng Sophy is responsible for overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and compliance with accounting standards. Previous roles include Senior Finance Officer at Family Health International (FHI) from 2003 to 2008 and Accounting Officer at Cam Freight Service Co., Ltd from 2000 to 2003. Seng Sophy holds a Master of Business Administration from Pannasastra University of Cambodia and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the National Institute of Management.
