Braden Souder has a strong background in civil construction and estimating. With experience in companies like BLUROC, Shimmick Construction, and Kiewit, Braden has worked as a Field Engineer and Lead Estimator, managing field operations and project tracking. Braden also has intern experience in soil and concrete testing. Braden holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Virginia Military Institute.
