Brian Trainum

Brian Trainum has a diverse work experience in the real estate and construction industry. Starting in 2010, they worked as a Mortgage Consultant and Real Estate Marketer at American Security Mortgage and later at New American Mortgage. In 2012, they worked as a Real Estate Agent and Short Sale Pro at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. Brian then joined RE/MAX Executive in 2014 as a Real Estate Broker, where they gained experience in educating and guiding clients through the home buying and selling process, including short sales. In 2016, they transitioned to Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage as a Real Estate Broker. Additionally, they worked as a Leasing Agent at Invitation Homes in 2013 and as a Construction Superintendent at Main Street Renewal from 2018 to 2020. Recently, they worked at Amherst as an Off-Market Acquisitions Representative from 2021 to 2022, and is currently employed at BT Box as a Licensed Real Estate Broker. In 2023, they will be assuming the role of Project Director at BluSky Restoration Contractors. Throughout their career, Brian Trainum has demonstrated expertise in various aspects of the real estate industry, including sales, marketing, and project management.

Brian Trainum attended Radford University from 1990 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry. In addition to their degree, they obtained certification in Time Management: Working from Home from LinkedIn in January 2021.
