Kaushal Pandey

Kaushal Pandey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Health, Safety, Environment (HSE), and Sustainability across various sectors. Currently serving as General Manager of HSE & ESG at BluSmart since July 2024, Kaushal manages operations for over 8,000 electric cars and leads a team of 8 professionals overseeing multiple charging infrastructure hubs in Delhi NCR, Bangalore, and Dubai. Previously, Kaushal held the position of Deputy General Manager of Safety & Sustainability at Tata Motors, where management included HSE for more than 50 bus depots. Additional experience includes serving as Chief HSE & Sustainability Manager at Sterlite Power and Assistant Manager (EHS) at Larsen & Toubro Limited. Kaushal acquired a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the College of Engineering Roorkee and holds an International Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, along with an Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety. Currently pursuing an MBA at Manipal University Jaipur, Kaushal is dedicated to advancing HSE and sustainability initiatives.
