Eileen Tonner is an experienced Catering Manager with a diverse background in food and hospitality management. Currently, Eileen is responsible for managing the full catering operation at bartlett mitchell since May 2016, overseeing services for 850 customers at a call center in Glasgow, including breakfast, lunch, and bespoke hospitality for client events. Eileen's previous roles include Catering Manager positions at Dine Contract Catering Ltd, ISS Facility Services A/S, and extensive experience as Operations Manager at ARAMARK, where management encompassed multiple contracts across Scotland. Additionally, Eileen owned and operated a hotel in Ayrshire, providing classic pub food and fine dining, alongside experience as General Manager at Sodexo, catering to Royal & Sun Alliance in Glasgow. Eileen's robust career is supported by a foundational education at St. Brides High School.
