Alishia Lee is an experienced professional currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at BM2 Freight Services, Inc. since September 2023 and as Vice Chair of the Black Design Collective since June 2023. As the Owner of Me By Lee since May 2018, Alishia manages project budgets and coordinates film crews while catering to numerous clients. Previously, Alishia held significant roles including Director of Talent Acquisition at Episcopal Retirement Services, Talent Acquisition Manager at Aegis Protective Services, and Recruiting Operations Manager at Total Quality Logistics.
