Brend Busser

Brend Busser is an experienced professional in commercial excellence and pricing, currently serving as the Group Director of Commercial Excellence at BME - Building Materials Europe since April 2021. In this role, Brend leads initiatives related to pricing, sales force effectiveness, and private label, supporting Operating Companies across Europe in implementing new commercial strategies and best practices. Prior experience includes managing retail pricing teams at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines and various pricing roles at PwC, where Brend provided analytical support and change management practices. Brend began a career in finance as a Credit Analyst at Rabobank, after completing a Corporate Management Traineeship. Brend holds an advanced educational background in business studies and environmental studies from esteemed institutions, including the Rotterdam School of Management and the University of Amsterdam.
