Wesley Elizabeth Cullen

Wesley Elizabeth Cullen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and business transformation across diverse industries. Currently serving as MD Latin America at Oak View Group, Wesley plays a pivotal role in the design, construction, and operation of global concert and sports arenas. As a board member of bMedia Group since 2014, Wesley contributes to the management of advertising billboards in Puerto Rico. Previous roles include MD Casa BACARDÍ, where a significant transformation was achieved at the world's largest rum distillery, and Chief Experience Officer at Fairmont El San Juan Hotel, enhancing the overall customer experience. Wesley's career began with World Wrestling Entertainment as Manager of International Live Events, followed by progressive positions at Coliseo de Puerto Rico, culminating in the role of General Manager. Wesley holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Mount Holyoke College and has completed executive education at Harvard Business School.
