Daiva Glebiene

Daiva Glebiene has over 20 years of experience in finance and global business services. Daiva currently holds the position of Head of Global Business Services (GBS) Operations at BMI Group, where they are responsible for driving operational excellence and transformative strategies. In their previous role at Outokumpu, they served as the Finance Project Lead, leading the implementation of a common integrated platform for finance data. Daiva also acted as the Site Manager for Global Business Services, establishing and growing the organization into a stable multifunctional service organization. Prior to that, they worked as a Service Center Manager at Ahlstrom and held various finance management roles at CSC, including Senior Finance Manager, Finance Manager in Shared Services, and Finance Controller. Daiva began their career as the Chief Accountant at JCDecaux. Throughout their career, Daiva has demonstrated a strong focus on process improvement, digital enablement, and talent development to drive operational excellence and deliver sustainable business results.

Daiva Glebiene has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Project Management from the International School of Management at Vilnius University, which they attained from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance, General from Kaunas Technology University. Additionally, Daiva has obtained several certifications in leadership development and change management from various institutions, including the Leadership Pipeline Institute, CCEA Oy, 6 Group, Ahlstrom, and Human Synergistics. Daiva also holds a Management Fundamentals Program Certificate from CSC.
