BML, INC. is mainly engaged in the clinical testing as well as related business. The Testing segment engages in the commissioned work of clinical testing. The Medical Information Systems segment is engaged in the manufacturing and sales of system equipment for medical institutions, as well as provision of medical information service. Along with its subsidiaries, the Company offers acceptance of clinical testing specimen, inspection information report processing and delivery business, cytology pathology-cell inspection, food and sanitation inspection and consulting services and the development and sale of computer software for medical information systems, among others. AS of March 31, 2014, the Company had 19 subsidiaries and one associated company.
