Mancy Pendergrass

Mancy Pendergrass is currently a Senior Counsel at BMO since January 2024, following a tenure as Senior Counsel at Buchalter from October 2010 to January 2024. At Buchalter, Mancy advised and represented corporate entities and financial institutions in various commercial matters, including business transactions, labor issues, and intellectual property claims, while also providing risk management strategies. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate at Best Best & Krieger LLP from September 2007 to September 2010, advising public clients on transactional and litigation matters involving public contracts and civil rights. Mancy holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Russian from Belmont University.
