Martha Julissa Hernandez

Martha Julissa Hernandez currently serves as the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Program Manager at BMO, a position held since February 2023. Prior to this, Martha was the Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Bank of the West, where responsibilities included executing firmwide programming for Global Diversity Week and standardizing processes for Employee Resource Groups. Additionally, Martha held various roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co., contributing to cross-line-of-business diversity initiatives and leading development of five-year diversity targets. Martha's earlier experience includes a role in diversity recruitment strategy at Kaiser Permanente and internships focused on community relations and educational resources. Martha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric and Composition from the University of California, Berkeley.
