George-Marian Gherasim

George-Marian Gherasim is a Quality Assurance Engineer at BMT Aerospace since October 2022, previously serving as a Production Quality Engineer at Preh Group and a Quality Specialist at BorgWarner Inc. and Delphi. At Preh Group, George-Marian developed a real-time application for tracking rejected parts and contributed to scrap cost reduction as a member of the Green Belts Team. In prior roles, responsibilities included investigating defective parts, training operators, managing quality alerts, and ensuring compliance with QA procedures. George-Marian holds a Diplomă de Inginer in Industrial Engineering from the University of Gheorghe Asachi and a Bacalaureat in Transporturi from Colegiul Tehnic de Transporturi Piatra Neamț.
