Luis DeJesus is a seasoned recruitment professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) practices. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at BM Technologies, Inc., Luis previously held key positions at Ostro, ORS Partners, InSource, TEKsystems, and the US Environmental Protection Agency. Throughout the career, Luis has successfully managed end-to-end talent acquisition processes, developed and implemented DEI initiatives, and built strong relationships with senior leaders across various industries, including IT and healthcare. Luis holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Penn State University.
