Adinda Nabila Mutiandra

Adinda Nabila Mutiandra is a seasoned professional in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as a Human Capital Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Specialist at BNI Life since November 2022. With experience as an Associate Consultant and Tech & Non-Tech Recruiter at Glints from July 2021 to November 2022, Adinda contributed to an online recruitment platform focused on career development for young talent. Previous roles include recruitment and branding at PAYFAZZ, human capital recruitment at PT. Pakuwon Jati Tbk, and human resources support for the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy of Indonesia. Adinda has also been a Jazz Dance Teacher at Namarina Dance Academy since April 2018. Adinda holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from BINUS University, completed in 2020.
