Cindy Foultz

Cindy joined BNI in 2022 as the Director of Global Human Resources. Cindy is responsible for the overall operations of the Human Resources department including talent development, employee relations and investigations, HR compliance and risk, talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, management information systems, on-boarding as well as equity and diversity. She has over 25 years of progressive Human Resources experience. Having most recently worked as a Senior Vice President of Human Resources in the Financial services industry, she also has extensive experience with human capital strategy, leadership development, communications, HR Operations and Total Rewards including payroll, benefits, and compensation. She is passionate about finding new and innovative ways to develop and grow people. It is very rewarding to for her see how an employee’s growth can contribute to business results.
