Meagan Schmidt

Meagan Schmidt has a solid work experience in talent acquisition and executive search. Meagan currently holds the position of Head of Talent at Chicago Pacific Founders since May 2023. Before this, they worked as an Advisor at Work-Life Spanish in 2023. From 2021 to 2023, they worked at Chasm Partners, where they held the role of Principal and Director of Executive Search. Prior to that, they were a Senior Talent Acquisition Leader at Optum from 2017 to 2021. Meagan also has experience as a Talent Partner at LenderLive from 2015 to 2017 and as a Technical Recruiting Manager at PrimeSource from 2010 to 2015.

Meagan Schmidt holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Behavioral Sciences and Secondary Education from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
