Radosław Kozłowski has a diverse and extensive work experience in the banking and marketing industry. Radosław began their career in 2005 as a Marketing Division Manager at Polbank EFG. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Deputy Director of Marketing Department at Bank BGŻ S.A. (Rabobank Group). In 2013, they joined BGŻOptima (RaboDirect) as the Head of Marketing & PR. Later on, in 2015, they became the Director of Digital Sales & Marketing Department at the same company. In 2018, they transitioned to BNP Paribas Bank Polska as the Head of CRM/Customer Relationship Development Department, and from 2022, they have taken on the role of Head of CRM & Analytics/Tribe Leader at Tribe CRM & Analytics in the same organization.
Radosław Kozłowski earned a Master's degree in Advertisement & Media from the University of Warsaw, where they studied from 2000 to 2005.
