Francisco Urrutia

Francisco Urrutia is an Economics major at Florida International University, expected to graduate in April 2024. Urrutia serves as a Student Assistant at The Honors College at FIU since August 2021, while also interning in Wealth Management at BNY Mellon since June 2023. Urrutia has held several leadership roles, including Vice President of Finance for the Interfraternity Council, overseeing budgeting for 12 fraternities with over 500 members. Urrutia's experience includes participation in the Washington DC Fly-in, attending the Southeastern Greek Leadership Association conference, and serving as the Philanthropy Chairperson for Beta Theta Pi. Urrutia also has experience as an Online Day Trader with thinkorswim and previously worked in Asset and Wealth Management at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Educational background includes an Associate of Arts from Miami Dade College and a High School Diploma from the American School of Guatemala.
