Isha Singh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and client onboarding within the financial services industry. Currently serving as a Senior Associate in Quality Assurance at BNY Mellon since April 2023, Isha previously held positions at Credit Suisse as a Client Onboarding Officer, and at UBS as a KYC Reviewer. Isha began a career at Deutsche Bank as a Senior Analyst and KYC Analyst, accumulating valuable skills in quality checking and client onboarding processes. Isha holds a Master of Commerce in Accountancy and Business Statistics and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance, both from the University of Rajasthan, along with a Senior Secondary degree focused on Commerce and Mathematics from Maheshwari Girls Public School.
