Lucas Caiche Guedes

Lucas Caiche Guedes has a variety of work experience in different roles and companies. Lucas began their career at Tratha Ltda as a Partner from February 2009 to May 2011. Lucas then moved on to Itau Unibanco Banco Comercial, serving as a Risk Analyst from December 2005 to July 2009, and later as a Product Manager from July 2009 to June 2011. In 2012, they had various internships, including at Novartis as a Student Consultant from March 2012 to April 2012, at TMG Capital as a Summer Associate from May 2012 to June 2012, and at The Boston Consulting Group as a Summer Consultant from July 2012 to August 2012. Lucas joined TMG Capital again in 2013 as a Senior Associate from July 2013 to August 2015, then worked as a Principal from August 2015 to April 2016, and finally became a Partner from April 2016 onwards. In addition to their role at TMG Capital, they also took on other roles, including being an Angel Investor & Board Member at Fitsall from August 2013 to December 2015, a Board Observer at Bacio di Latte from February 2016 onwards, a Board Member at Icomm Group from August 2016 onwards, and serving in various roles at Boa Vista SCPC, starting as Positive Data Director from July 2014 to October 2019, then as an Audit Committee Member from August 2015 to October 2019, and currently as VP of Business since October 2019.

Lucas Caiche Guedes completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics at the Universidade Estadual de Campinas from 2000 to 2004. Lucas later pursued an MBA degree with an emphasis in Strategy and Finance at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business from 2011 to 2013.
