Paola Montero

Paola Montero is a seasoned professional in customer service and sales within the aviation industry. Presently serving as a Customer Service Specialist at Boahaus since June 2021, Paola previously held the position of Sales Executive at Aerocentro de Servicios C.A., where significant achievements included becoming the first female Sales Representative and securing the company's inaugural sale. Paola’s experience also encompasses roles in product support with Aerospace Technologies Group and case management for REVA, Inc., where performance excellence led to recognition and record-setting sales. Educationally, Paola holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration- Airport Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and an MBA in Aviation/Airway Management and Operations from Lynn University.
