Andrea Bertoneri is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital transformation, leadership, and project management across various sectors. Currently serving as Global Digital Team Lead and Catalyst at Roche since August 2021, Andrea empowers a team of seven in an agile environment and has successfully led a major digital transformation initiative involving a project team of 20 members. Previous roles include Digital Engagement and Excellence Manager at Novartis, Senior Digital Consultant at Arcondis Group, and Senior Program Manager at Arup, where Andrea implemented innovative strategies resulting in significant business impact. In addition to holding advisory positions, Andrea is actively involved as a co-founder and president of TechLounges and contributes as a board community member at Board Owl.
