Colin Daly

Colin Daly has extensive legal experience, currently serving as General Counsel and Secretary at Bob Evans since May 2012. Prior to this role, Colin held the position of General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Secretary at O'Charley's Inc. from April 2006 to May 2012. Earlier in their career, Colin served as Assistant General Counsel at ARAMARK Corporation from 2003 to 2006 and worked as an Associate at Dechert, LLP between 2000 and 2003. Colin holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law, earned between 1994 and 1997, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from William & Mary, completed in 1994.
