Katri Hickman

Katri Hickman has had a varied and extensive work experience. Katri began their career in 2011 as a Technical Support Analyst at Cpl Jobs Ireland. In 2012, they joined Accenture as a Credit Control Analyst, Service Delivery Specialist, and Technical Support Analyst. In 2017, they moved to Pitney Bowes as a Customer Service Advocate and to Covalen as an Anchor Mentor SME/Assistant Team Lead @Facebook and Community Operations Analyst/Quality Auditor @Facebook. In 2020, they joined Bob W. as a Guest Success Manager, Guest Success Team Lead, and Guest Success Specialist.

Katri Hickman attended the Helsinki Institute of Social and Health Education from 2004 to 2007, studying Nursing. Katri also holds a certification as a nurse.
