Natalia Trujillano

Natalia Trujillano has worked in the hospitality industry since 2017. Her first role was as a Cast Member at Walt Disney World. Natalia then moved on to become an Event-Management Trainee at AC Hotels by Marriott. In 2019, Natalia became a Front Office Agent at Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin, where they were responsible for guest services, taking calls, and ensuring guests had a professional and friendly welcome. In 2020, Natalia took on the role of Front Desk Agent at Room Mate Hotels, where their duties included ensuring guests had a professional and friendly welcome, dealing with different guests situations, and check ins and check outs. In 2021, Natalia began working at LUXA HOME as Head of Operations, and also took on the role of Senior Operations Specialist at Bob W.

Natalia Trujillano has an extensive education history. Natalia began their education in 2013, completing a Turismo degree from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos in 2019. In 2017 and 2018, Natalia attended Disney University and University of California, Riverside respectively, obtaining a Disney's Advanced Studies in Hospitality Management and a Certificate in Hospitality and Tourism Management. In 2020, Natalia began a Master's Degree in Digital Marketing and Tourism from IEBS, which they are expected to complete in 2021. Additionally, Natalia has obtained two certifications: HEART OF HOSPITALITY from Kennedy Training Network Inc. in 2019, and a Disney College & International Program Internship from The Walt Disney Company in 2018.
