Philip Grace has held various roles in the real estate industry since 2009. Philip began their career as the Chief Executive Officer and founder of Landmark, a Coworking business that they founded, funded, and built into the UK's third largest with a turnover of USD$100Mn (\u00a380M) and 1.5Mn SQ' 12,000 workstations. In 2016, they became a Co-working Consultant and Executive Director for Global Office Group. During this time, they provided growth strategies, financial modelling, operational and consultancy services globally to PE, VC, Institutional Investors, CRE and Operators. From 2019 to 2020, Philip served as Senior Advisor for Node, delivering best in class curated micro living. Philip also served as SVP and Head of Global Expansion for Quarters Co-Living, the world's largest operator of Co-living space. Currently, Philip is Vice President Real Estate for Bob W., a company that provides short-stay apartments as an alternative to hotels and random rentals.

Philip Grace has a diverse educational background. Philip has studied at the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, University College of Estate Management, University of Buckingham, and University of Bedfordshire. At University College of Estate Management, they obtained a RICS in Real Estate (RICS studies). At University of Buckingham, they obtained a Post Graduate in Business Administration and Management, General. At University of Bedfordshire, they obtained Chartered Insitute of Building Exams in Building Surveying.
