Ilond Zombil

VP, Operational & Program Services at Bobby Dodd Institute

Ilond has over 15 years of experience working in the non-profit sector, and 10 years working in a leadership capacity with BDI programs and services. Her previous experience includes non-profit leaders such as the International Association of National Public Health Institutes (IANPHI), CARE USA, and the International Rescue Committee (IRC). Ilond holds a master’s degree in Public and Behavioral Health from Emory Rollins School of Public Health. As the leader for the BDI Operational Excellence team, Ilond utilizes her expertise in the continuous improvement process and outcomes management, to guide ongoing policy and procedure development, program planning, and new and innovative approaches to monitor and evaluate BDI’s programs, systems, and processes.
