Kelsey Fischer has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in both culinary and behavioral health sectors. Currently, Kelsey serves as the Lead Pastry and Pantry at Bob's Steak & Chop House since October 2020. Prior roles include Manager and Lead Baker at Cow Tipping Creamery LLC and Line Cook at Cane Rosso. Kelsey also has significant experience in mental health, having worked as a Behavioral Intervention Specialist at Ozark Guidance Center, and as a Registered Behavioral Technician at Centria Healthcare, providing therapeutic support to children. Additionally, Kelsey held various roles in client services and research during academic tenure at the University of Arkansas, where Kelsey earned Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Criminal Justice, with a minor in Sociology.
