Grace McCants

Grace (she/her) is a Product Manager at Bocoup, based in Brooklyn and Chicago. She has been part of an array of product teams from non-profits to agencies, large companies to startups to venture capital, and she actively seeks opportunities for collaboration and co-design in all of her work. Justice motivates much of her work in tech - in particular, aiming to address and undo oppressive systems that are not inherent in but are often replicated within tech. She is driven by work that centers marginalized voices and considers deeply the impact they have on the world around people.

While wary of extracurriculars, Grace enjoys a walk, talk, walk and talk, and many an opportunity to be in community with others.
