Asmita Paul

Asmita Paul is currently the Associate Vice President Human Resources at BOD Consulting. In this role, Asmita is responsible for the firm's talent strategy, acquisition, and management programs. Prior to this, Asmita worked as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner and a People Strategist at Team Computers Pvt Ltd. Asmita also has experience as an Associate System Engineer at IBM. Asmita holds a PGCHRM in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur, a PG Diploma in Liberal Arts from Young India Fellowship at Ashoka University, and a Bachelor of Technology in Instrumentation and Control from Haldia Institute of Technology.
