Jane Hernandez has a diverse work experience in the culinary industry. Jane most recently held the position of VP of Culinary at Bodega Taqueria y Tequila. Prior to that, they worked as a Food & Beverage Consultant at HCM LLC, specializing in product innovation, menu design, and concept development. Jane also served as the Director of Culinary Innovation at Subway. Jane has extensive experience in culinary creative product development and research and development, having worked as a Culinary Creative-Product Development, R&D at Starbucks for nearly a decade. Jane has also held positions as an Executive Chef, Consultant & Quality Control Manager at Trio & Spectra Restaurant Group and as a WWOOF Farmer and Personal Chef at Sylva Project and Estate. Their earlier roles include Chef positions at PKR Restaurant Group, Grand Café, Kuletos Restaurant, and Wine and Roses Bed and Breakfast.
Jane Hernandez obtained their Associates Degree in Culinary Arts from the California Culinary Academy. Jane is currently pursuing a Bachelor's of Science in Nutrition Sciences at Arizona State University, expected to be completed in 2024.
