Monica Zhou 周彦 is a seasoned professional in the wine and gastronomy sectors with extensive experience in international trade and education. Currently serving as a Certified Sherry Educator at Consejo Regulador de Jerez since October 2014, Monica also owns Shanghai Talentum Trading & Consulting Co., Ltd, focusing on the import and distribution of Sherry wines and related products in China.
