Andy Bross

Andy Bross has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting roles. Andy joined Boehringer Ingelheim in 2017 and currently serves as the Head of Accounting, Tax, and Treasury. Before that, they worked at INFORS HT as an Operational Controller from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, they were the CFO and Controller at Trapo Küng AG, a subsidiary of ThyssenKrupp AG, from 2011 to 2013. Andy also held the position of Leiter Finanzbuchhaltung at Smurfit Kappa from 2009 to 2011. Andy started their career at CARBOGEN AMCIS in 2000, where they worked as a Manager Finance, Senior Accountant, and Junior Accountant in different time periods.

Andy Bross has a diverse education history. In 1997-2000, they obtained a Handelsdiplom from Berufsfachschule KV Basel. Later, in 2002-2003, they pursued and completed a Berufsmaturität degree at the same institution. Andy then continued their education at Controller Akademie & Ernst & Young Zürich in 2007-2008, where they earned an IFRS Accountant certification. In 2012, they received a Diploma of Advanced Studies in Controlling from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW. Finally, in 2020, Andy pursued a Master of Advanced Studies in Controlling & Consulting at the same university.
