Corry Zwibel Ioli

Corry Zwibel Ioli is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in talent acquisition, management, and organizational development. Currently serving as Executive Director of Talent, Learning, Leadership & Organizational Development at Boehringer Ingelheim since September 2011, Corry leads initiatives in talent management, performance management, and leadership development. Previous roles include Corporate Vice President at New York Life, Director of Research and Operations at Cerberus Operations and Advisory Company, and various positions at ADP, including Recruiting & Research Manager and Senior Sales Recruiting Manager. Corry has a strong background in recruitment, operational strategy, and leadership training, complemented by educational credentials from Duke University and Western New England University. Additionally, Corry has contributed to the advancement of women's leadership initiatives as a past chair of the Women's Leadership Initiative.
