Domnic Martyres

Domnic Martyres is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Head of Patents for NCE - Immunology & Respiratory and Senior Principal Scientist at Boehringer Ingelheim since October 2013. Prior to this role, Domnic held positions as Research Project Leader in Medicinal Chemistry and Principal Scientist/Lab Head at the same company from 2002 to 2013. Domnic's career includes a tenure as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Bayer CropScience and an Organic Chemistry Tutor at The Queen's College, Oxford. Earlier experience includes research internships and student roles at notable organizations such as The Dow Chemical Company, GSK, and Johnson Matthey. Domnic holds a Doctor of Philosophy (D. Phil.) in Synthetic Organic Chemistry from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) with Honours in Chemistry from The University of Salford.
