Jatin Arora

Jatin Arora is a Senior Scientist at Boehringer Ingelheim, specializing in Functional and Statistical Genomics with a focus on idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF), inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), systemic sclerosis (SSc), and cancer. Previously, Jatin served as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard, where research involved the Cell Painting method and the genetic architecture of cellular morphology. Additional postdoctoral experiences include contributions at the Genome Institute of Singapore, the Max Planck Institute for Evolutionary Biology, and research work at CeMM and Institut Curie. Jatin's academic background includes a PhD in Immunogenomics and Computational Biology from the Max Planck Society and an MSc in Bioinformatics and Mathematical Modelling from Sorbonne Université. Jatin also has prior experience as a Software Engineer at Birlasoft and as a bachelor thesis project at RITES LTD.
