Saurabh Verma

Saurabh Verma, DVM, MS, PhD, currently serves as Associate Director at Boehringer Ingelheim, focusing on the testing and characterization of novel antiparasiticides in laboratory animal models. Prior to this role, Saurabh held positions at Iowa State University as a Research Associate Professor, specializing in nematode nicotinic acetylcholine receptors, and at Oregon Health and Science University, where responsibilities included investigating neuropeptides involved in obesity and energy homeostasis, as well as conducting postdoctoral research on ischemia-induced brain damage.
