Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Boeing Shanghai Aviation since May 2023, Mark previously held the position of Director of Engineering Services at Boeing and Chief Executive Officer at Boeing Asia Pacific Aviation Services Pte Ltd. With a robust background at Boeing, including Head of Operations and Senior Program Manager for Global Fleet Care, Mark also contributed to British Airways as Engineering Operations Manager for various fleets and General Manager of Engineering Shorthaul Delivery from 2011 to 2016.

As the 787 and Next-Generation 737 Boeing Converted Freighter Center of Excellence, Boeing Shanghai provides a comprehensive range of services from engineering, aircraft maintenance and modification to component repair and overhaul and supply chain management. Its base and line maintenance capabilities also support 737, 767, 777 and 747 models and cover major and minor checks, composite repair, structural modifications including winglet and pylon, cabin upgrades, engine and landing gear replacement and full paint hangar.
