Carmen Cruz-Feldman, PMP DBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program and project management within the aerospace and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Mission/Weapons Systems Capability Manager and Senior Avionics Engineering Manager at Boeing since May 2008, Carmen leads the Avionics Integration team for the B52H Bomber Program and oversees product support sustainment integration. Previous roles at Boeing include Integrated Support Program Manager, Program Manager for the CH-47 Platform, and Supplier Program Manager. Prior to Boeing, Carmen held positions at Unisys, including Business Excellence Manager and Six Sigma Lean Black Belt, as well as Senior Project Manager at Unisys and Ground Systems Engineer at Lockheed Martin. Carmen began a career in engineering with RCA as an Electronics/Navy Systems Technician. Educational qualifications include a Doctorate in Business Administration with a focus on Project Management from National University and degrees in Engineering Physics/Micro-electronics and Electrical Engineering Technology from Rutgers University and Penn State University, respectively.
