Corinne Wolcott

Corinne Wolcott is an accomplished organizational development leader with extensive experience in enhancing organizational performance and driving cultural change. At Boeing from October 2015 to March 2025, Corinne led initiatives in executive and organizational development, culture and engagement, and equity, diversity, and inclusion, achieving significant improvements in organizational effectiveness. Prior to Boeing, Corinne worked at Walgreens from March 2008 to October 2015, where collaboration with the Chief Diversity Officer resulted in groundbreaking diversity and inclusion strategies. A versatile professional, Corinne has also held various roles in human resources, project management, and instructional design across multiple organizations. Corinne holds a BA in Political Science and Government from Tulane University and has completed a General Course in Government at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
