Johan Lindblom

Johan Lindblom is an experienced leader in customer success and implementation with a strong background in aviation technology. Currently serving as Director of Customer Success at Boeing since July 2019, Johan previously held several key roles at Jeppesen, a Boeing Company, including Director of Implementation, where responsibilities included the global deployment of Crew and Operations products for commercial airlines. Additional roles at Jeppesen encompassed Director of Service and Support and Senior Manager of Client Production Services, focusing on customer support and post-deployment services. Prior to joining Jeppesen, Johan worked at Carmen Systems AB as Director of Carmen Service Centre, overseeing global service management. Johan holds a Master's degree in Engineering Physics from Chalmers University of Technology and has furthered education at the Tata Institute of Fundamental Science.
