Matthew Hutchison

Matthew Hutchison is an accomplished aerospace engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across major companies in the defense and aerospace sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Platform Engineering and Vice President/Chief Engineer for Boeing Defense, Space and Security, Matthew's prior positions include Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Engineering at Aurora Flight Sciences Corporation, as well as a Lead role in Control Technologies at Rockwell Collins. Matthew holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Aerospace Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, both obtained from Virginia Tech.
