Monika Reniecka

Monika Reniecka is an experienced software engineering professional currently serving as a Software Engineering Team Lead at Boeing since January 2024. Prior to this role, Monika was a Program Manager at Solidigm, overseeing firmware development projects for NVMe SSD drives and coordinating between various teams. Monika's extensive experience at Intel Corporation included positions such as Project Manager and QA Team Leader, where responsibilities encompassed managing software validation processes and facilitating communication among stakeholders, as well as leading software project lifecycles as a Software Development Team Leader. Monika began their career as a Software Engineer, contributing to enterprise storage drivers and user interface development. Monika holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Gdańsk University of Technology and has completed postgraduate studies in Integrated IT Management.
