Joanna Rieder Cotter

Joanna Rieder Cotter is an experienced performance tester at Bogart Associates, Inc. since November 2013, and previously served as a software test engineer at SAIC from June 1997 to June 2013. With a strong background in agile software testing and requirements management, Joanna Cotter has held roles including four years as a test team lead and ten years as a software tester. Joanna Cotter holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Virginia Tech, obtained in May 1998.
