Seckin Karatas

Seckin Karatas serves as the General Manager at Toplum Gönüllüleri Vakfı (TOG) since February 2025 and holds roles as an Executive Coach and Mentoring Consultant at Mentor Leadership Development since May 2024. Additionally, Seckin contributes as a Part-Time Lecturer at Boğaziçi University and as a Coach at Yenibirlider Association, both starting in April and May 2023, respectively. From September 2022 to June 2024, Seckin co-instructed the Agile Transformation Course (mART 504) at Sabancı Business School. Previous experience includes consulting at Aon from 2018 to July 2021, and various marketing and product management roles at pladis Global from 2011 to 2017 and L'Oréal from 2007 to 2010. Seckin is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Boğaziçi University and holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Marmara University.
