Marshall R Goodman

Marshall R Goodman serves as a Part-Time Lecturer in Public Policy at California State University, Long Beach and California State University, Fullerton. With a diverse career spanning music and public service, Marshall has been a musician, producer, and songwriter since 1996, and has contributed as a drummer and remixer. In governance, Marshall has held multiple roles in the City of La Palma, including Mayor, Council Member, and Mayor Pro Tem, while actively participating in the League of California Cities and the Southern California Association of Governments as a board member and committee leader. Education includes a Master of Public Administration from California State University, Long Beach, and a Bachelor’s degree in Africana Studies and Business-Entrepreneurship from the same institution. Marshall’s experience also extends to sales as an Enterprise Sales Representative for SCL Group, enhancing skills in account acquisition and business development.
