Emily Gutierrez Caton

Emily Gutierrez Caton is an Associate Attorney at Bohyer, Erickson, Beaudette & Tranel, P.C. since January 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a Judicial Law Clerk for the United States District Court for the District of Montana and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Emily held the position of Teaching Assistant at The University of Montana School of Law from September 2016 to May 2018 and completed a Civil Litigation Internship with the Montana Attorney General in the summer of 2017. Additional experience encompasses a Judicial Internship at the Appellate Court and working as a Program Assistant, Relief Children's Group Facilitator at Abbie Shelter. Emily earned a Juris Doctor from The University of Montana School of Law, completing the program in 2018.
