Casey Doody is a highly skilled pastry professional with extensive experience across multiple prestigious establishments. Currently serving as the Director of Pastry for BOKA Restaurant Group, Casey is responsible for overseeing pastry operations for several venues including GT Prime and BOKA Catering. Previous roles include Pastry Chef at Gibsons Italia and GT Prime Steakhouse & GT Fish and Oyster, as well as positions at Augusta National Golf Club, Patina Restaurant Group, and Dallas Country Club, where Casey developed dessert menus and managed teams. Casey also founded Bite Size Luxury, notably creating fried macarons for the Texas State Fair. A graduate of The French Pastry School and The Art Institutes, Casey holds an Associate’s Degree in Baking and Pastry Arts.
